I’m here to share my personal journey and guide you through yours.
Growing up with dyslexia was incredibly challenging. I faced bullying and misunderstanding due to difficulties with reading and writing. Back then, learning differences were hardly recognized, and I often felt overwhelmed by shame and isolation—which in turn impacted my anxiety and self-esteem.
Over time, I discovered that these challenges didn’t define me. Art became my sanctuary: a non‑judgemental way to express emotions I couldn’t find words for 🎨✨
Driven by a desire to turn my own healing into a positive force for others, I became a Transformation Life Coach and Creative Practitioner.
I work with children, adults, and couples, using CBT-informed coaching, storytelling, collage, journaling, and more. Artistic experience isn’t required—my sessions are tailored to emotional exploration and self-discovery, not artistic output.

📍 Based in South West London, England, I offer sessions via Google Meet and WhatsApp video, making it easy to connect from anywhere.
