I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours — helping them build healthier relationships, stronger self-confidence, and lasting positive change.
My own journey hasn’t always been easy. Growing up with dyslexia came with challenges around learning, confidence, and feeling misunderstood. Experiences of bullying and self-doubt shaped my early life and contributed to anxiety and low self-esteem.
Over time, I learned that these struggles didn’t define me. Through personal development, mindfulness, and CBT-informed approaches, I discovered practical tools to manage anxiety, reshape unhelpful thinking patterns, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.
This personal transformation inspired me to support others on their own journeys of growth and healing.
Today, I work as a CBT-Informed Life Coach and Couples Coach, helping clients navigate:
• Anxiety and stress
• Low self-esteem and confidence
• Relationship challenges and communication issues
• Life transitions and emotional overwhelm
