Therapist T's & C's

Lavender Therapy works in partnership with our therapists.


As a result a therapist details are listed on our website, refer to https://lavendertherapy.co.uk/online-therapists


Each therapist is responsible to adhere to safe practice as per their individual training.  By paying the joining fee Lavender Therapy guarantee to supply the therapist with clients. 

Lavender Therapy will regularly communicate with the therapist to achieve a long lasting mutually benefitting relationship.


Lavender Therapy will get feedback from clients, in the event of repetitive bad feedback from clients Lavender Therapy reserve the right to remove the therapist details from our site and cease the agreement.


The therapist can work hours to suit their needs. Lavender Therapy requires a calender function so we can book clients into the therapists diary directly.


Therapist are working in a self employed entity and are required to adhere to tax laws as appropriate to their country of residence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS")

Definitions

“Therapist” - The applicant, reader, signee or acknowledger

“Lavender Therapy” - The company/person owning www.lavendertherapy.co.uk

“Stage” - PDF Document supplied detailing stages of development

“Representative” - Person providing this information to the applicant/therapist

“Client” - Person serviced by The “Therapist”


Agreement

By reading, signing or acknowledging this agreement or by receiving a client referral from  “Lavender Therapy” you are agreeing  you understand and will comply with these "Terms" in full and are confirming the understanding of the "Stages" process. Breach of these terms may result in legal proceedings against the “Therapist”.

This agreement states the self employment agreement between;


  • The ”Therapist”
  • “Lavender Therapy”
  • The “Representative” 


Commitments from “Lavender Therapy”, & “Representative”


Upon receipt of the agreed registration payment (Total of £60) “Lavender Therapy”  are agreeing to the following;

i. The "Therapist" will be promoted by either or both "Lavender Therapy"  via various online & offline methods in order to secure new clients for the “Therapist” 

ii. The duty of gaining new clients for the  “Therapist”, appropriate to the "Therapists" training, will be at the expense of “Lavender Therapy” 

iii. The "Therapist" will be paid a portion of the proceeds from the client as per the “Stage” the  “Therapist” is at.

iv. “Lavender Therapy” & the “Representative” will be committed to ensuring the "Therapist" is developed through the "Stages" at a pace which is comfortable for the “Therapist” 

v. Feedback from “Clients” will be obtained

vi. Enable the “Therapist” the privilege to work hours suitable to themselves

vii. Provide suitable training to be able to follow requirements set out in this document

viii. Notifying "Therapist" of any updates to terms as visable on  www.lavendertherapy.co.uk


Commitments from the “Therapist”

i. The “Therapist”  is responsible to adhere to safe practice & confidentiality as per their individual training.

ii. The “Therapist” will maintain a reasonable standard of positive feedback from the “Client”

iii. Maintain an online personal calendar accessible by  “Lavender Therapy”,   &/or the “Representative" for purpose of booking in “Clients”

iv. Adhere to tax laws as appropriate to their country of residence.

v. Respecting of intellectual property laws. “Therapists” are prohibited from referring a “Client” to their own personal practice and doing so would be considered a criminal offense

vi. Provide accurate payment requests

vii. Purchase of software required to perform role and booking integration

viii. Revisiting these terms from time to time

ix. Ensure a minimum of 30 hours per year  continuous professional development

x. Have adequate insurance

 

PCI compliance

Therapists must remain fully PCI compliant through the processing of card transactions. The requirements are as follows:

  • Install and maintain a firewall configuration to protect cardholder data.
  • Do not use vendor-supplied defaults for system passwords and other security parameters.
  • Protect stored cardholder data
  • Encrypt transmission of cardholder data across open, public networks.
  • Use and regularly update anti-virus software or programs. 
  • Develop and maintain secure systems and applications.
  • Restrict access to cardholder data by business need to know.
  • Assign a unique ID to each person with computer access.
  • Restrict physical access to cardholder data.
  • Track and monitor all access to network resources and cardholder data.
  • Regularly test security systems and processes.
  • Maintain a policy that addresses information security for all personnel.


Stages

Please note, the stage the therapist starts at differs depending on experience and is discussed at interview.
