Before a client engages in therapy with a therapist it is important to have a working agreement in place.
Any therapeutic exchanges between Lavender Therapy and the client will remain confidential and no content shall be used for any other purpose. However if there is a concern about the clients or someone else’s safety we may need to breach confidentiality and inform authorities , this would be discussed with the client first.
Aspects of our work may be discussed with a supervisor to assist our work together and develop however your identity shall remain anonymous.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your session, provided you notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment you will not be charged for your missed session. If you cancel your appointment after this time you will still be charged the regular fee. Discretion in some instances may be made.
