Hi, my name is Nirvana (She/Her).
I am a Holistic Therapist specialising in the integration of mental and physical health.
My unique approach brings together physical wellbeing, mental wellness, and neuroscientific insight to create a truly holistic path to health for each of my clients. I recognise that as humans, we are shaped by many interconnected influences — stress, trauma, relationships, environment, nutrition, movement, and more. Each of these factors communicates through the brain and body, forming one vast, intelligent system. True healing happens when we acknowledge and work with all of it, rather than isolating just one piece.
*My Philosophy*
I believe true wellness is achieved when every part of a person is nurtured. Our minds and bodies are constantly in conversation — emotions influence physical health, and the body holds the stories our minds can’t always express. Rather than silencing our discomfort, I encourage tuning into it—learning to listen, understand, and communicate.
Therapy is not about removing all of life’s challenges — it’s about developing the trust, resilience, and strength to face them. When we broaden our focus to include the full picture — the mental, physical, emotional, and environmental — we open the door to deep and sustainable transformation.
*How I Work*
Every client’s journey is unique. The structure of my sessions is tailored to the individual, meeting each person exactly where they are in life. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic methods to ensure the right support for every client.
My training includes:

* Cognitive & Dialectical Behaviour Therapies (CBT & DBT)
* Personal Training & Nutrition
* Hypnotherapy
* Somatic Processing Techniques
I also take a *Trauma-Informed Approach*, with extensive training in:
* Childhood trauma
* Conditioning
* Generational trauma
* How trauma manifests in mental health, physical wellbeing, and relationships
In simple terms: whatever you bring to me, I’ll work through it with you — body, mind, and everything in between.
For me, strength is both internal and external — mental clarity, emotional balance, physical vitality — all working together. That’s exactly why I do what I do.
