
With over 35 years of experience working as a holistic therapist, I bring a depth of understanding, compassion, and integrative practice into my work as a Level 4 Integrative Counsellor. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges, always with a focus on the whole person — mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe that therapy is most effective when we work together to explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space. I offer in-depth consultations to gain a clear understanding of each client’s situation, allowing us to develop a therapeutic process that supports meaningful insight, healing, and lasting positive change.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting sessions to suit what feels most helpful and supportive for each individual. This flexible, person-centred style allows me to meet clients where they are, whether they are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, or navigating significant life transitions.
I am passionate about empowering clients to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. My aim is to provide a warm, professional environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported as they move towards greater wellbeing and personal growth.
