Hello, I'm Teresa, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner specializing in supporting adolescents and adults grappling with intricate mental and emotional challenges. As a therapist, my goal is to equip you with new skills and impart positive coping strategies, empowering you to reach your objectives and foster enduring transformations in your life.

I prefer to employ a blend of person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioural techniques as necessary. Together, we will work as a team to address and conquer any detrimental thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

As a mother of four, I bring a wealth of experience navigating the highs and lows of motherhood and understand the difficulties we can sometimes experience with the mother child relationship. There is nothing you can say that I haven’t thought myself at one time or another!

I am working towards my counselling skills TQUK certificate level 3. I have also completed courses in, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, cognitive behavioural therapy and counselling children and adolescents. I am currently working towards completing a master practitioner course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
