I am here to help you figure things out, to move your life forward when you feel tired, anxious, depressed, stuck, sad, traumatized, diffident, helpless, worthless, guilty, ashamed, overwhelmed, lost, confused, suffering from a bereavement, can't move forward, or something just isn't right.
As a warm, empathetic, sensitive, and non-judgmental therapist, I will support you to explore ways to change. I provide a welcoming, safe, and reflective space where you can feel at ease to explore every aspect of your life, be heard, and understood without judgement.
I will help you to make sense of how you got here, to explore your future, grow your inner resources and make positive changes. as well as help you to explore and work through your feelings, to come to your own conclusions, and support you to incorporate these changes into your everyday life.
I specialize in working with people with neurodiversity and can support you to work through this.
I worked for over 12 years with clients with autism and learning disabilities, I’m experienced adapting to client’s needs. I also have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, experience working with Cruse Bereavement with their grief training course, helping clients to work through their grief. I was a school counsellor so have experience working with children. I also have a degree in Drama in the Community, which informs my creative work which has been useful in sessions as working creatively can help people to explore their feelings when talking is something that they find hard.
