Hi my name is Phil and I am the founder of Lavender Therapy. I myself have had difficulties in life which I have overcome. This is why I am confident I can help you with any difficulties you are currently experiencing.

My talking therapy is designed to help you overcome fear, stress and anxiety by providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviour and develop strategies to manage your anxiety.

I have studied various different styles of therapies including CBT, talking therapies and person centred approaches as well as mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy and life coaching. I have combined these skills and knowledge to generate my own style of therapy which I have found to create tremendous results.
